24/7 Support	Call in or submit tickets through our online ticket system to get assistance. Standard calls M-F 8:30-5:00 EST; Mission Critical calls can be taken after hours by on call team
Ongoing Training	Unlimited ongoing training can be scheduled at any time. Even after you have gone live with the software, we can provide additional training whenever it is needed
Basic Inventory	Vendor Management, Product Management, Transfers, Inventory Snapshot, Detailed Reporting
Secure Cloud Back Up	Your data is safe and backed up daily on Microsoft Azure
