Subscription Suspension Request Form

Submit your request to temporarily suspend your Pomodo Subscription

If you need to temporarily suspend your Pomodo subscription, please fill out the below form.  When suspended, you will not have access to your Pomodo Software, or Pomodo Support.  You will have to reach out to your Account Manager to turn your software back on.  If you suspend your subscription for more than 3 months, there may be a reactivation fee.  If you have hardware, your hardware swap out extension expiration date does change as a result of the suspension.

No previously billed subscription payments can be refunded. As of the date entered here, you will no longer have access to Pomodo or Pomodo Support, until you end the subscription suspension. Any suspension over 3 months may require a reactivation fee. You must contact your account manager to turn your subscription back on.
