Stephen Thompson

Board President

Stephen is a Proud Army Veteran.  After serving 4 years of active duty, he joined the Army Reserves, attended a local College and earned his degree in Business Management Micro-Computer Applications.

Stephen formed ADI – Automated Data Instruments Corp in 1998, and over the years it has grown and transformed in to what it is now, Pomodo.

Stephen is very active in the education system and serves on multiple school boards.

Jonathan Wolf

Board Secretary

Jonathan Wolf is president and CEO of Pyramid Healthcare, a provider of behavioral health services headquartered in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Founded by Wolf in 1999, Pyramid now owns and operates more than 80 behavioral healthcare facilities with annual revenues of more than $150 million.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a master’s degree from the George Washington University in Washington D.C.

Kathy Wagner

Board Treasurer

Kathy has been a part of Blair Companies for over 21 years. Responsible for the overall Financial operations of Blair and other Related Entities, she manages benefits, insurance, corporate taxes, financing and banking relationships.

Kathy received her Accounting degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and initially gained experience at one of the larger regional accounting firms in the Altoona, PA area. She is active in our community, serving on various Boards which include the Home Nursing Agency as well as the Altoona-Johnstown Diocese.

Phillip Devorris

Board Member

Leading Blair Companies since 1992, Phil has used his wealth of technical and business experience to transform the company into the full-service brand image provider it is today.

Phil holds degrees in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Cornell University, and draws on experience in roles at Sony Music & Entertainment and Senn-Delaney. He is Chairman of his family’s group of companies, employing over 1000 associates across manufacturing, construction, paper production, real estate, automotive, and a multitude of venture capital investments. Phil and his wife Colleen have three children.

Brian Riffle

Board Member – CFO

Brian is the managing partner of CFO strategies, specializing in accounting, taxes, payroll services, and financial consulting.  He has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from University of Pittsburgh Johnstown and has over 30 years of experience in financial services.  Brian is an instructor in the MBA program at Mt. Aloysius College.

He is an active member in the community and works with a variety of businesses to provide CFO and financial services.
