Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When does P3 coverage actually start?

Your 90‑day intro period starts from the date of hardware purchase. After 90 days, P3 billing automatically starts (unless you cancel)

Can I cancel P3 during or after the trial period?

Yes. You can cancel via the online cancellation form (a link provided above). If canceled before the 90-day mark, you incur no P3 charges. If you want to cancel any time during the term, you can via the online cancellation form, but any payments previously made are not refundable.  Upon cancellation, you will no longer have any coverage under the P3 plan.

What happens if I cancel my software subscription?

If you cancel your Pomodo subscription, your P3 will be cancelled as well.

What if I cancel P3 and later change my mind – can I re-enroll?

No – If you cancel your P3 plan prior to the 90 day intro period ending, or at any time during the term, you cannot re-enroll in the plan.
